Final conditions depend on product classification, the contracted carrier and temperature requirements. Payments and orders are not yet accepted.
Delivery

Receiving a parcel
The eligible buyer will check packaging integrity and report non-conformities within the interval specified in the final terms. The photographic procedure and contact details will be published before launch.
Returns
Consumer rights cannot be limited by this page. Statutory exceptions may apply to sensitive, sealed or specially handled products, but a Romanian lawyer must assess and explain them precisely. Do not return materials without return authorisation.
Damaged or incorrect products
The proposed procedure is to stop using the material, retain the packaging, take photographs, record the batch and notify us in writing. The remedy will be determined after verification and in accordance with applicable law.
